Piña Colada

Recipe for 6 servings:

3 cups pineapple chunks
1/2 cup white rum (optional)
3 cups coconut cream
3 cups ice
1/4 cup sugar (or adjust to taste)

Blend all the ingredients except for the sugar. Add sugar to taste as you blend. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
