Soil Preparation

We start with clearing, which refers to the removal of shrubs and vegetative material. Then we move on to plowing to cut the weeds, turn the land and incorporate the vegetative material into the soil. The rake is used to remove the clods left by the plow. Next comes the subsoil, which will allow the water to seep and keep it from staying on the surface. The rake is used again to complete the prep work. Lastly, we prepare the "beds” where the siblings are planted.
